Abstract

This presentation gives an overview of the achievements of the SEACAP rural transport programme. With SEACAP activities planned to be absorbed into a wider regional initiative, it aims to review progress and outputs, synthesise the knowledge, and discuss future Mainstreaming needs. Some priority areas for action are suggested, in areas such as knowledge dissemination, community participation, transport asset management, and local capacity building
