Adoption and impact of livelihood activities on community members in the Kumasi peri-urban interface
Abstract
This report documents research which aimed to investigate the ways in which the implementation of livelihood activities facilitated by the project were adopted by peri-urban inhabitants and the implications for their livelihoods. Lessons from the study show that the poor want quick results, therefore livelihood activities that match their needs are those that produce benefits after a short gestation period
