In South Asia, climate change is increasing the incidence of floods, cyclones, droughts, dust storms and heat waves.
Climate change’s effects on agriculture are manifold; changes in average temperatures, rainfall, and weather extremes. These changes disrupt economic, ecological systems, physical infrastructure, human assets and accentuating health risks.
The documentary below captures the lived experiences of those excluded from climate (flood) risk insurance programs in Bihar, India.
