Mhlangeni Chiiko 

Bio

Mhlangeni Chiiko is a Zambian economist and social entrepreneur passionate about creating positive change in low-income communities. He works at the Ministry of Finance and leads AgSave, a fintech initiative enhancing climate resilience and financial access for smallholder farmers through digital savings and training. A Mandela Washington Fellow (2021) and YALI alumnus, he holds a degree in Economics and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation. Recognized among Southern Africa’s Top 100 Young Leaders, Chiiko is committed to empowering African youth to drive agricultural innovation and economic transformation.
