Mark Fynn is a Policy Officer with FAO’s Regional Office for Africa, Accra, Ghana. He has over 20 years of experience in rural development, agribusiness and value chain development. Before joining FAO, Mark was an Agribusiness Advisor at the African Union Commission in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia where he coordinated continental interventions in support of African Union Member States for the implementation of agribusiness-related policies and programmes within the Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP). Mark also worked with GIZ (German Agency for International Development) in Ghana as an Agricultural Policy Advisor at the Ghana Ministry of Food and Agriculture.
