Malama Malama currently serves as the Membership Lead, Communications Support, and Zambia Representative for the Consortium of African Youth in Agriculture and Climate Change (CAYACC)

Malama is also the Vice President of the Zambia Young Emerging Farmers Association (ZAYEFA).

As General Manager of Kelmu Carriers and Logistics, Malama leads a company providing climate-conscious logistics solutions for agricultural and humanitarian goods across Zambia and across borders. Kelmu operates a growing fleet and has worked with organizations such as WFP, UNICEF, commercial and small holder farmers, and private sector clients both domestically and across borders.

He is also the founder of Billion Grow Enterprise Zambia, a company that supplies a wide range of agricultural inputs including seeds, fertilizers, and equipment to farmers. In addition, Billion Grow provides business development consultancy to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), with a focus on youth-led agribusinesses, value chain development, and rural enterprise growth. With solid experience in youth engagement, agribusiness, climate resilience, and logistics, Malama is dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for young Africans to thrive in agriculture and climate action
