Grace Njoroge is the Technical Director at Mercy Corps AgriFin, where she leads innovative work at the intersection of agriculture, technology, and financial inclusion. With a rich background in digital finance, microfinance, MSME development, rural transformation, and international development consulting, Grace has helped design and implement large-scale, donor-funded programs supported by organizations such as FCDO, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Mastercard Foundation.

Her technical expertise has benefited a wide range of institutions including banks, mobile money operators, microfinance institutions, SACCOs, fintechs, and agtechs - helping them expand access to inclusive financial and digital services across the global South.
