Angela Brefo Yeboah is a young agripreneur and CEO of Angy Farms, a growing poultry enterprise in Ghana. With a diploma in General Agriculture and a strong family background in poultry farming, Angela transitioned from helping manage her family’s 1,000-layer farm to launching her own 500-layer commercial operation. Angy Farms specializes in the production and sale of table eggs, broilers, and processed manure. Angela is an alumna of the Rockland Youth in Poultry Farming mentorship program, a 2SCALE initiative, and now serves as a community coach within the Rockland Public-Private Partnership. In this role, she mobilizes and mentors young women interested in agribusiness, linking them to opportunities across the poultry value chain. Her work exemplifies the potential of youth-driven agriculture and her commitment to building a vibrant, inclusive agribusiness ecosystem.
