Bio

Andrea Sánchez Enciso is a gender and community engagement specialist with ten years of relevant experience in mainstreaming gender and social inclusion in United Nations joint projects in several countries around the world (Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean and Near East). She is one of the global practitioners of Dimitra Clubs, FAO’s community-driven and gender-transformative approach. She holds an Executive MSc in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science, LSE. Andrea is particularly interested in understanding the root drivers for pro-social behavior change and she is passionate about gender issues and participatory research.
